DOB: 09/01/60, Haydock, Lancashire.

I moved to Ayr in 2023.
I am teaching yoga classes and qigong classes locally and some zoom classes.
I cycle most days around town and up and down the coast.
And I am taking photographs. Landscape and people.
Aspirations are to explore Scotland with feet and camera.

2003-2023
These two decades I lived in the South West part of the Lake District.
Teaching yoga, running retreats and workshops abroad as well as in the Lakes.
I also practiced Thai Yoga Massage.

Lockdowns 2020
During the pause
I started doing some long distance hikes with tents.
And commited to picture taking more seriously again.

2015-2018
A three year working holiday in Bermuda. Wonderful !

1983-2003
London. 
Working as a data/network  engineer
And part time as an artist.
I completed a fine art degree at Chelsea.
I made exhibitions, sold art works, took on art commisions and made some collaborations with dance groups.
Sport and music were important through these decades.

Before that was Liverpool university
Before that Lancashire, Haydock with its ponds, canals, slag heaps, adventures and family life
