1986. Took courses in Thai Chi and Yoga @ Central London YMCA.

1991: Began a regular home yoga practice.

1991. Bought inspirational book 'the fine arts of relaxation, concentration and meditation'.

1991-2003 London -  Studied - Yoga, Tantra and Zen Buddhist philosophy.

1992:  Began taking classes in North London, inspirations were: Nigel Jones/Ashtanga vinyasa & John Evans/Shadow yoga

1995: Trip to south India

2002/3  diploma course in Thai Yoga Massage.

2003 Teacher training course with Sivananda Vedanta Yoga Org.

2002/3 Moved from London to the lake District to teach yoga

2004/5 Teacher training course in Pranayama with Phillip Xerri

2004-2006 Kundalini yoga and Kriya yoga studied at Mandala Yoga ashram/Wales

2005: Trip to North India, Rishekesh, Himalaya, Sivananda ashram at Uttarkashi & Sivananda centre Delhi

2003-2015 Teaching yoga classes, workshops and retreats in English Lake District
Thai Yoga massage 2003 - present

20012-2018 Teaching yoga retreats and holidays in Europe

​2015-2018 Moved to Bermuda teaching yoga at various studios

2014 Teaching Yoga philosophy etc on TTC Yoga teacher training Puglia, Italy

2018 Returned to UK, teaching Yoga and Massage in London various studios

2019 Returned to lake District teaching in South Lakeland

2020 March - zoom teaching during Covid19 pandemic

2023/ present - Moving teaching up to Ayrshire
